Our client, a leading hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their establishment. This role requires a blend of on-site leadership and strategic remote oversight, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining operational efficiency across all departments. You will be a key player in managing staff, implementing service standards, and driving business growth within a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Manage staff performance, recruitment, training, and scheduling. Control operational costs and maximize revenue through effective pricing and sales strategies. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and local community stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and sales plans. Maintain the property's physical appearance and operational readiness. Utilize technology and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in hotel management or a senior operational role within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, and housekeeping. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. Proficiency in hotel management software and systems. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site duties with remote responsibilities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies relevant to the hospitality sector.
