Our client, a leading hospitality group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious hotel located in Kaduna, Kaduna, NG . This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in hotel management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest experiences. Managing and motivating a diverse team of hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintaining and improving service quality standards across all hotel functions. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and occupancy rates. Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally. Procuring supplies and managing vendor relationships. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing staff training and development opportunities. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L statements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and hospitality regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
