Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites across WordPress and Shopify.

Your work will directly influence the conversion rate, brand perception, and ad performance of our D2C clients.

This is a role for someone who can take a brief → convert it into a working website → test, optimize, and deliver without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

  • Build responsive, fast-loading websites on WordPress and Shopify
  • Develop custom sections, templates, and components
  • Set up themes, apps / plugins, and integrations

Website Design

  • Turn brand guidelines + wireframes into clean, modern UI
  • Build landing pages optimized for CRO & paid ads
  • Implement animations, hover effects, and UI micro-interactions
  • Technical Execution

  • Optimize page speed, hosting setup, and technical SEO
  • Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility
  • Troubleshoot bugs, fix errors, and maintain site security
  • Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with our creative, ads, and automation teams
  • Handle multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Deliver pixel-perfect work with strong attention to detail
  • Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in website development
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress (Elementor / Custom Themes)
  • Strong proficiency in Shopify (Dawn theme, custom sections)
  • Ability to design web pages using Figma / Canva / Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
  • Good grasp of page speed optimization & CRO fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Good-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience building landing pages for Meta / Google ads
  • Understanding of schema, technical SEO, and analytics setup
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify Liquid coding
  • Experience with automations (Zapier / n8n)
  • Eye for design, color balance, typography, spacing
